The ARTIST MENTORSHIP Experience
A private 1:1, in-person training + 3 months of ongoing mentorship focused on mastering custom Keratin Bond extensions.
This private, one-on-one training blends technical precision with creative artistry, allowing us to tailor the entire day to your current skill level, pace, and goals behind the chair.
You’ll learn how to prepare and customize keratin bonds by hand- giving you the ability to create seamless, fully personalized extensions for each client.
Throughout the training, we’ll work with raw ponytails, explore dimensional color blending, and practice encapsulation techniques to create clean, consistent, and time-efficient bonds.
Because this is a private session, we also have the flexibility to go deeper into the areas that matter most to you—whether that’s consultations, sourcing hair, pricing, installation fundamentals, or troubleshooting real client scenarios.
And this doesn’t end when the training day does. You’ll receive 3 months of ongoing mentorship, so you feel supported as you begin implementing this work behind the chair.

TRAINING DETAILS
All tools and hair are fully provided for the day.
Installation practice is completed on a mannequin, allowing you to focus on precision, consistency, and correct execution without pressure.
There is no strict time limit—we’ll begin in the morning and continue until the work is complete, without feeling rushed.
Your training date will be scheduled after purchase. Our team will reach out to coordinate a time that works best for your schedule.

- Where is the training located?The in-person training is hosted at our private salon in Ridgewood, NJ 07450 at our private salon. The ongoing mentorship is virtual- calls are hosted via Zoom and our communication in between calls will be via Voxer.
- How is my training date scheduled?Your training date will be scheduled after purchase. Our team will reach out to coordinate a time that works best for your schedule.
- Do you offer payment plans?Yes- you can choose to pay in full or do three monthly installments.
- Do I need prior experience with extensions?No, this training + mentorship is for all levels.

By purchasing and participating in any experience or training offered by Kristen Marie Hair, you agree to the following terms:
Term & Participation
These terms remain in effect until completion of the purchased experience and all related obligations.
Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full investment of the experience, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.
Payment plans are a commitment to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments does not release you from your financial obligation, and the remaining balance will still be owed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that your date and/or space is reserved and held exclusively.
In the event that Kristen Marie Hair must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of payments made, at our discretion.
Kristen Marie Hair is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel, accommodations, or lost income.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
For private experiences, your training or shadowing date will be scheduled after purchase. Our team will coordinate a date based on your availability and studio schedule.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your scheduled date.
Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled date may be treated as a cancellation, and all payments made may be forfeited.
If rescheduling is approved, the new date must take place within 6 months of the original booking and is subject to availability.
Force Majeure
If the experience cannot take place due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we will make a good faith effort to reschedule. Any refunds will be issued at our discretion.
