This one-day shadowing experience is designed for stylists who want to step inside a real salon day and observe the artistry, decision-making, and flow behind high-level extension and color work.
Rather than a staged demonstration, you’ll be immersed in a live client day—watching how consultations translate into execution, how techniques are chosen and adapted, and how luxury services are delivered behind the chair.

- Will I be performing any hands-on work during the day?This is a look-and-learn shadowing experience, so there is no hands-on work included. The focus is on observing a full client day in real time—allowing you to see how techniques, consultations, and decisions come together naturally behind the chair.
- Where is the shadow experience located?The shadowing experience is hosted at our private salon in Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
- How does scheduling work?Your shadowing experience will be scheduled after purchase. Our team will connect with you to coordinate a date that aligns with your schedule and availability.
- Do you offer payment plans?Yes- you can choose to pay in full or do three monthly installments.

By purchasing and participating in any experience or training offered by Kristen Marie Hair, you agree to the following terms:
Term & Participation
These terms remain in effect until completion of the purchased experience and all related obligations.
Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full investment of the experience, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.
Payment plans are a commitment to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments does not release you from your financial obligation, and the remaining balance will still be owed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that your date and/or space is reserved and held exclusively.
In the event that Kristen Marie Hair must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of payments made, at our discretion.
Kristen Marie Hair is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel, accommodations, or lost income.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
For private experiences, your training or shadowing date will be scheduled after purchase. Our team will coordinate a date based on your availability and studio schedule.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your scheduled date.
Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled date may be treated as a cancellation, and all payments made may be forfeited.
If rescheduling is approved, the new date must take place within 6 months of the original booking and is subject to availability.
Force Majeure
If the experience cannot take place due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we will make a good faith effort to reschedule. Any refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Experience Disclaimer
All training and experiences are provided for educational purposes only. No specific results—business, financial, or otherwise—are guaranteed.
